Do you offer other services?

Yes! We provide engine tuning, data logging, race support and chassis correction. Reach out for a custom offer.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the product. You’ll find the estimated time on the product page. If you order multiple items, the longest delivery time applies.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and be shown at checkout.

Can I get partial delivery?

By default, we send all items together. Partial delivery is available upon request – just contact us.

What if my item is not in stock?

We'll inform you immediately about expected delivery times.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it. If the return is due to your mistake, you cover the cost. In case of a wrong delivery, we send a prepaid return label.

What do I need to submit a complaint?

Please provide your order or invoice number – you'll find it in your confirmation email or printed invoice.

Race parts come without warranty. Measurement equipment has a 2-year warranty. Faulty deliveries are exchanged after inspection.

What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay via PayPal, bank transfer, Klarna, installment payment or cash upon collection.

Can I buy from outside the EU?

Yes! We ship worldwide with DHL. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and will be calculated individually.

I can't find a part I need – what now?

No problem – just send us an email at sg-samuelkart@outlook.com and we’ll help you find the right part.

How do I get my invoice?

You’ll receive it by email after shipping. We also include a printed invoice in the package.

Engine Overhaul TM K9 / KZ / R1 / R2

Our engine overhaul for the TM K9 / KZ / R1 / R2 includes different service levels depending on your selection.

The engine must be sent to us for the overhaul or can be handed over directly at one of our supported race weekends by arrangement.

After ordering, you will receive all necessary information regarding shipping or handover.

Please note: If any unexpected repairs or additional work arise during disassembly or inspection, we will contact you in advance and discuss all additional services transparently.
